The flexible structure soaks up shocks from heavy machinery—that stops cable strain and loose connections at the camera entry point. It protects power and network cables from abrasion and industrial wear. The threaded ends (G3/4 or M25) seal tightly with junction boxes and camera housings, making a complete flameproof loop. 

This explosion-proof flexible tube is widely used in oil refineries, chemical plants, gas stations, grain storage sites, and fireworks production facilities. It builds a reliable flameproof connection between explosion-proof cameras and junction boxes. Use it wherever rigid conduit cannot handle vibration or when you need some flexibility to line up mounting holes. It removes wiring fire hazards in hazardous zones.

Designed with a Φ25 tube body and standard dual-end G3/4 threaded joints. Customizable overall length up to 1500mm. The multi-layer braided composite structure separates the inner cable cavity from the outer reinforcing woven layer. The built-in sealing washer at the threaded end ensures continuous flameproof clearance. The flexible tubular construction absorbs equipment displacement without breaking IP68 or Ex e explosion‑proof tightness. This is different from the rigid shell design of a standard explosion‑proof junction box.
