The high‑speed pan‑tilt structure lets you track targets quickly. It gives you 355° continuous rotation—no blind spots. And the long‑range IR handles night surveillance, so you can cover large tank farms and pipeline perimeters after dark.

This speed dome gives you 20x or 30x optical zoom plus 12x digital zoom—enough to read instrument gauges or vehicle license plates from a safe distance. The housing is rugged and corrosion‑resistant, with standard 304 stainless steel and an upgrade to 316 for offshore high‑salt environments. Certified Ex d IIC T6, with an internal structure that prevents sparks from igniting flammable gas or dust.

Use this heavy‑duty PTZ camera for large‑scale perimeter patrol and night surveillance. It works well at oil refineries, chemical plants, gas extraction sites, offshore platforms, grain storage silos, fireworks factories, and gas stations. The 150-meter IR night vision covers wide areas without extra lighting. The high-speed pan-tilt (8°/s) lets you track moving targets quickly—useful for pipeline inspection, tank farm monitoring, and intruder detection in low-light conditions.

Explosion-Proof Structure Design

Adopts a thickened integrated dome + split rear main body heavy-load explosion-proof layout, an integral cast bottom flange with multi-group fixed mounting holes, independent separated explosion-proof cabins for PTZ drive assembly, zoom lens, and infrared lamp modules separately, a side-independent reserved flameproof cable gland with an isolated wiring cavity, and reinforced annular compression silicone sealing to achieve an IP68 rating. A thick-wall stainless steel casing bears heavy vibration to fit outdoor large-area industrial fixed installations.

What is the difference between this speed dome and your other PTZ camera?

This one is heavy-duty and faster (8°/s pan/tilt) with a 355° horizontal range, not a 360° endless. It also has 150m IR night vision—much longer range. The housing is thicker, the weight is 28 kg, and it is built for rough industrial vibration. Your other PTZ is lighter with 360° endless but shorter IR (50 m). Pick this for large outdoor sites needing long‑range night monitoring.

Does it support 360° continuous rotation?

No, this model does 0° to 355° with a mechanical stop. That is still enough for most perimeter patrols. If you need full 360° endless rotation, look at our other PTZ series.

Can I get 316 stainless steel for offshore platforms?

Yes. Standard is 304, but we offer 316 stainless steel as an upgrade. Recommended for high‑salt, high‑corrosion environments like offshore platforms and coastal chemical plants.
